It’s hard to believe that six weeks have already passed since our “launch” Sunday at Calvary Baptist Church in Lansdale, PA. We are officially underway with preparations for our move to South Africa. We want to thank each of you for signing up to receive our e-mail updates. We believe that in expressing interest in hearing from us, you also intend to pray for us regularly. There is no greater need than this, and we thank you for partnering with us in this way!
The past six weeks have been intense as we’ve worked to get our house ready to sell. We and a few contractors spent a significant number of hours (and dollars!) getting the interior and landscaping ready for showing. We listed the house on May 24, and by God’s grace, after only five days on the market, we were under contract with settlement planned for June 30! This is a huge step in freeing ourselves from the responsibilities of home-ownership, allowing us to focus better on our deputation efforts.
We are currently booking presentations at churches and scheduling meetings with individual contacts. Please pray that God will lead churches, individuals, and businesses to partner with us in prayer and financial support.
